Central England Academy Trust will determine the admissions arrangements for Higham Lane North Academy in collaboration with the Local Authority.

Our inclusive admissions process will at all times be open, transparent and fair, and will meet the requirements of the National School Admissions Code, the Appeals Code and admissions legislation.

The school is proposed to open with up to five forms of entry (150 places) in Year 7 from September 2025. It will grow in line with the local need for additional secondary school places until reaching full capacity as a 900-pupil school with 180 pupils in each year group from Year 7 to Year 11.

In accordance with the law, children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) will be admitted to the School where the Local Authority has specifically named Higham Lane North Academy as the most appropriate placement.
